On August 28th, 2011 I will complete my fifth consecutive, Ironman Louisville Triathlon and with your help, I will to continue to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis research. Together, over the past four years, we have raised a total of $38,000 toward finding a cure for this disease that affects my Sister and so many other Canadians.
I'm back from Louisville, finished in 13:23:11. I had a good swim, a great bike and a bad run. Will post all the details for anyone that wants to hear all the nasty details in a few days.
